RSS Ray Blog Code of Conduct

RSS Ray encourages an open and honest dialog on its blog. We have created this code of conduct
so everyone who participates can experience the same level of integrity. Views expressed on this blog
are not necessarily the views of RSS Ray, its employees, or affiliates. RSS Ray also makes no
guarantees about the validity or truthfulness of any content from commenters or contributors.
Participating in or commenting on this blog constitutes acknowledgement and agreement of the
following code of conduct:

1. Be honest

   Creating an open and honest dialog with all readers and contributors for this blog is a priority. Posting
   anything (by contributors or commenters) that could be seen as dishonest or untrue is highly
   discouraged and could result in being banned from this blog.

2. Comments will be reviewed by RSS Ray

   RSS Ray reserves the right to review and alter part or all of a comment or delete it if it does not adhere
   to this code of conduct.

3. No outside advertising or solicitations

   The RSS Ray blog is for approved content and comments by this company and outside advertising
   and/or solicitation is not allowed. This includes articles and comments that engage in self-promotion.

4. Stay on topic

   Comments that are not directly related to posts will be deleted. This includes any comments that
   could be considered SPAM and engage in promotion of outside products and services.

5. Respect the privacy of others

   Do not post personal information of others. This includes addresses, phone numbers, emails, or full
   names of anyone not voluntarily posting it themselves.

6. Refrain from doing anything illegal

   Do not post or promote any activities on the RSS Ray Blog that are illegal in the area in which you
   reside or that violate local, state, federal, and international laws.

7. Nothing should be offensive

   This blog will not have any content that could be deemed offensive to any person or group.
   Contributors and commenters must stay away from topics that could possibly be misconstrued as
   offensive content. This is including but not limited to:

   • Religion
   • Politics
   • Race-related Issues
   • Talking about other states, countries, regions, or areas in a negative way
   • Talking about any minority group in a negative way
   • People with disabilities

   Inappropriate language should also be avoided. This is including but not limited to language that is:

   • Obscene
   • Pornographic
   • Defamatory
   • Profane
   • Libelous
   • Threatening
   • Discriminatory
   • Harassing
   • Offensive
   • Abusive
   • Hateful
   • Embarrassing

   Comments or language that meet the criteria mentioned above will be deleted and result in that user
   being banned from this blog. Everyone should feel welcomed and respected.

8. Be respectful of others

   The RSS Ray blog exists to create an engaging and informative dialog between the company,
   contributors and readers who comment on posts. Lively discussion is encouraged, however, personal
   attacks are not allowed. When disagreeing with someone, be respectful of their opinions and avoid
   attacks of a personal nature. Posts and comments must also follow guideline #7 and not be
   considered offensive.

   Any attacks of a personal nature toward another person will result in that content being deleted and
   that user will be banned from this blog.

9. No comments in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS

   Comments by outside individuals that are in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, whether intentional or accidental
   will be deleted.

10. Be aware of copyrighted material

    Posting any content that you are not authorized to post is not allowed on the RSS Ray Blog. Respect
    the copyrights of other companies, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright or any other rights
    of any person. This also includes all laws governing copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
    rights, including that of RSS Ray.

11. All posts and comments are subject to the company privacy policy

    Any content posted to the RSS Ray blog is also subject to the terms stated in the company privacy
    policy. Providing any information for the blog does not constitute signing up for the RSS Ray email list.
    At the same time, contact information provided can be used by RSS Ray if it is deemed necessary based
    on the content of your comment.

12. This code of conduct is subject to change

    RSS Ray reserves the right to change this code of conduct at any time. It is the responsibility of the
    users to review this code of conduct frequently to make sure they are following it and any changes
    that are made.
