Newsletter Advertising Rates (effective October 1, 2006)

We feature two to three sponsorship ads per issue.  The first is before the first article, the second is after the first article, etc.  Your ad in our email newsletter consists of no more than ten 65-character lines of text plus a small graphic.  We publish an HTML version of our newsletter.

• First Position Sponsor                     $450
• Second Position Sponsor                $300
• Third Position Sponsor                    $150

Payment and Reporting Information

• Space will be held only with a signed order.  Cancellation of an order greater than 7 days before publication date incurs a 50% fee.  Cancellation of an order within seven days of publication receives no refund.
• Sponsorship payments are required in full by check in U.S. funds no later than 7 days prior to publication.  We do not accept credit cards.
• We happily cooperate with media brokers.
• We reserve the right to charge late fees at the maximum rates allowed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
• We will work with you to provide the reporting for the click through traffic of links.  We can work with you on using a redirect with our domain name; identifiable URL’s in query strings or help you set up a separate webpage. 
• We keep our email list clean and delete any unsubscribe notices each issue.
• Our site is too small to afford third party audits.  We do work with advertisers and their auditors to assure them of the integrity of our system and results.
• Our advertising changes are based upon impressions and are not tied to click through rates.  We make no guarantee of click through rates through advertising on our newsletter.
